**Job Title:** Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
**Location:** Columbia, MO
**Salary:** $45,000 – $55,000 annually
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a compassionate Hospice LPN to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes.
**Responsibilities:**
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team.
Assist with daily living activities and provide emotional support to patients and families.
Document patient care and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans.
**Qualifications:**
Current LPN license in Missouri.
Experience in hospice or palliative care preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
