**Job Title:** RN Supervisor, Residential Care Facility
**Location:** Cortland, NY
**Salary:** $39.25 – $60.16 per hour
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality care in our residential facility.
**Responsibilities:**
Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care
Conduct assessments and develop care plans
Ensure compliance with health regulations and facility policies
Provide training and support to nursing staff
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
**Qualifications:**
Current NY RN license
Previous supervisory experience preferred
