**Job Title:** Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
**Location:** Braintree, MA
**Salary:** $85,000 – $100,000 per year
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team in Braintree, MA. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality behavioral assessments and interventions for individuals with developmental disabilities.
**Responsibilities:**
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies.
Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals.
Provide training and supervision to RBTs and staff.
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
**Qualifications:**
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
Current BCBA certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
