Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Salary: $72,000 – $100,000 per year
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Indianapolis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges.
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies
Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals
Provide training and support to staff and caregivers
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Qualifications: BCBA certification, strong communication skills, and experience in a clinical or educational setting.
