Job Title: Physical Therapist (Home Health – Gwinnett – PRN)
Location: Lawrenceville, GA
Salary: $65 – $120 per hour
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our home health team in Gwinnett County. This PRN position offers flexible scheduling and competitive pay.
Responsibilities:
Provide individualized patient assessments and treatment plans.
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function.
Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques.
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Qualifications:
Valid Georgia PT license.
Experience in home health preferred.
