**Job Title: RN Nurse Manager**
**Location: Sioux Falls, SD**
**Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 per year**
We are seeking a dedicated RN Nurse Manager to oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care in our facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for healthcare.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care activities.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
- Monitor patient outcomes and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in South Dakota.
