Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly upon arrival and share information about our offerings.
  • Assist patrons with inquiries and help them find products they need.
  • Handle customer issues and concerns with professionalism and kindness.
  • Process payments efficiently, accepting both cash and credit transactions.
  • Keep your workspace clean and well-organized.
  • Support inventory management by restocking shelves as needed.
  • Take on additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in delivering top-notch customer service and resolving complaints gracefully.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay Rate: $18.20-$19.90/hour
