Job Description

We are seeking a talented Barista to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for coffee, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee and various drinks to customers while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and serving a wide variety of beverages, focusing mainly on coffee.
• Providing outstanding service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining a clean and orderly work area.
• Efficiently operating coffee-making equipment.
• Monitoring inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Collaborating with team members to meet daily goals.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Capability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-moving atmosphere.
• Familiarity with coffee-making techniques and tools.
• Availability for early morning shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Salary: $16-$17.5/hour
