We are seeking a skilled baker to join the Millvale Market team! In this position, you will have the exciting opportunity to create a wide range of delicious baked goods, such as breads, pastries, and cakes. Collaborating closely with our team is essential to guarantee that our products consistently meet the highest quality standards and delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft an assortment of baked goods, including breads, pastries, and cakes
• Precisely measure and blend ingredients as per recipes
• Operate baking tools like ovens, mixers, and measuring scales
• Decorate baked items with icing, glazes, or various toppings
• Ensure all products comply with quality standards and satisfy customer needs
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• A minimum of 2 years of baking experience
• Knowledge of baking methods and practices
• Ability to follow recipes with precision
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $16.75-$17.50 per hour
