Millvale Market is seeking a talented baker to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be tasked with crafting and baking a diverse selection of items, including breads, pastries, and cakes. Collaboration with our team is essential to ensure that our baked goods uphold the exceptional quality and standards our customers expect.

Primary Duties:

• Prepare and bake a variety of items such as breads, pastries, and cakes
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately following established recipes
• Operate baking machinery like ovens, mixers, and scales
• Decorate and finish products with icing, glazes, or toppings
• Ensure all baked goods meet high-quality standards and exceed customer expectations
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of baking experience
• Knowledge of various baking techniques and methods
• Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary: $16.75-$17.50/hour
