Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Barista to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a genuine love for coffee, outstanding customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Barista, your responsibilities will include preparing and serving coffee and a variety of beverages to our customers, while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to patrons
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Operate coffee-making equipment with expertise
• Monitor inventory and reorder supplies as necessary
• Adhere to health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily objectives

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Capability to perform effectively in a busy environment
• Knowledge of coffee-making equipment and techniques
• Availability for early morning shifts
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred

Compensation: $16.00-$17.50 per hour
