Customer Service Representative

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a cheerful and approachable Customer Service Representative to join our grocery store family. In this position, you will be the friendly face of our establishment, dedicated to delivering outstanding service to our customers. Your positive attitude and excellent communication skills will create a pleasant shopping experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Key Duties:

• Warmly welcome customers and provide information about our offerings

• Address customer questions and guide them in locating products

• Handle customer complaints and concerns with grace and professionalism

• Process customer transactions, handling cash and credit card payments

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Assist in restocking shelves and ensuring product availability

• Perform additional tasks as required

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively

• Good organizational skills with attention to detail

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

Pay Rate: $18.20-$19.90/hour
