Produce Clerk

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented Produce Clerk to become part of our store team. In this position, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the freshness and high quality of products in our produce section.

Key Duties:

• Receive and unpack shipments of fresh fruits and vegetables
• Organize and restock produce on shelves and display areas
• Ensure accurate labeling and pricing for all produce items
• Keep track of inventory levels and restock as necessary
• Conduct quality assessments and freshness checks on produce
• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing produce
• Maintain a tidy and organized workspace
• Perform additional tasks as required

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
• Ability to assess produce quality and freshness
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service

Compensation: $15.60-$17.20 per hour
