Essential Duties:

• Welcome customers upon arrival and provide information about our products and services.
• Address customer inquiries and assist them in locating products.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Process customer transactions efficiently, including cash and credit card payments.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Assist in stocking and replenishing shelves as needed.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and manage complaints gracefully.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Rate: $18.20-$19.90/hour
