Main Duties:

• Craft a wide selection of baked goods, from breads to pastries and cakes
• Accurately measure and mix ingredients according to our recipes
• Operate various baking equipment, including ovens, mixers, and scales
• Embellish baked items with icing, glazes, or other decorative toppings
• Ensure all products meet high-quality standards and exceed customer expectations
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and sanitation practices

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years in baking
• Familiarity with various baking methods and techniques
• Capability to read and follow recipes precisely
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively

Pay Rate: $16.75-$17.50/hour
