Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they enter and share information about our products and services.

• Assist shoppers with inquiries and help them find what they need.

• Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

• Process customer transactions, including cash and credit card payments.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• Support shelf stocking and restocking efforts as needed.

• Perform any other assigned duties.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Excellent communication and people skills.

• Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service and effectively handle complaints.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Compensation: $18.20-$19.90 per hour
