Job Description

Job Title: Automotive Technician / Mechanic

Location: 2700 N. Highland Ave, Jackson, TN 38305

Job Overview: We seek energetic technicians/mechanics with a positive attitude and a passion for problem-solving to serve our guests effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair vehicles using your skills and knowledge.
  • Gain experience with a variety of domestic and foreign vehicles.
  • Conduct thorough and honest vehicle inspections.
  • Collaborate with the team to address guest concerns efficiently.
  • Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness.
  • Communicate effectively with the service department.
  • Work with fellow technicians to meet deadlines and achieve results.

Qualifications:

  • Positive attitude and commitment to guest service.
  • 3+ years of automotive technician/mechanic experience.
  • ASE Certifications preferred or a plan to obtain them.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair all vehicle makes/models.
  • Meet or exceed performance goals.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and processes.
  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
  • Desire for long-term career growth.

Physical Requirements:

  • Occasionally lift/move over 100 pounds.
  • Work with tools on vehicles above head.
  • Navigate tight spaces for repairs.
  • Dexterity to use hand tools efficiently.
  • Stand/walk for most of the workday.
  • Drive manual transmission vehicles.
  • Proficiently use a computer.
