In a typical day, you will:

  • Achieve store profitability goals
  • Ensure a quality customer sales experience through efficient transaction execution
  • Handle cash and accurately process transactions
  • Contact customers regarding past due balances and negotiate payment terms
  • Supervise Financial Sales Representatives to meet sales targets
  • Adhere to compliance and security policies
  • Audit documentation for accuracy

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year in a management or team lead role
  • At least one year of financial services and sales experience
  • Sales-driven and customer service-oriented
  • Proven track record in developing sales teams
  • Previous cash handling experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
