Salary Range: $135,700 – $278,300

The Vice President of Sales will drive new business to meet sales targets and revenue goals through strategic planning, market analysis, and relationship building. Collaborating with the Chief Growth Officer, this role focuses on new business and growth channels.
GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Set action plans to meet/exceed sales targets.
- Analyze market trends for expansion opportunities.
- Promote One Call Care Management as an industry leader.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue key market segments.
- Build relationships with clients and industry partners.
- Participate in industry events to generate leads.
- Maintain a pipeline of opportunities.
- Negotiate and close deals that align with customer expectations.
- Sales Operations: Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing.
- Identify policies to improve sales efficiency.
- Prepare and present client proposals.
- Mitigate risks associated with sales activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven success in senior sales leadership within the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of workers’ compensation products.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Ability to travel (50%).
