The Staff Pad is collaborating with a client in Montana aiming to set the gold standard in healthcare. We are seeking a PCS Supervisor to support the organization’s mission. This role involves overseeing patient flow and services within the hospital and acting as the Administrator of the Day (AOD) during shifts. The PCS Supervisor is essential for coordinating care across departments and ensuring effective communication during patient transitions. This position provides a leadership opportunity to guide hospital staff and manage patient care processes.

Responsibilities:

Serve as Administrator of the Day (AOD), managing operations in the absence of the Hospital Administrator.

Oversee patient flow and services, collaborating with healthcare teams.

Monitor bed management plans and coordinate care effectively.

Ensure smooth communication during patient hand-offs.

Supervise hospital staff, ensuring quality care and addressing operational issues.

Participate in clinical assessments and facilitate patient transitions.

Implement quality improvement initiatives and assist with strategic processes.

Report administrative decisions and incidents to hospital administrators.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Experience:

• Minimum three years in direct patient care required.
  
• One year as a Charge Nurse preferred.
  
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
  

Education:

• BSN preferred.
  

Licensure/Certification:

• Active RN License in Montana.
  
• BLS certification required.
