Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care per established policies
• Assist with daily living activities, including hygiene and mobility
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document patient conditions and responses
• Collaborate with the healthcare team on care plans
• Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to regulations

Qualifications:

• Current LPN license in Massachusetts
• At least 1 year of nursing experience preferred
• Compassionate and caring attitude
• Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends
