Aesthetics Customer Care Representative

Job Description

Shift: 10 AM – 7 PM CT / 11 AM – 8 PM ET

Responsibilities include:

  • Entering customer orders via phone, fax, and email.
  • Managing assigned call queues and email cases.
  • Assisting customers with inquiries and returns.
  • Tracking packages and running reports.
  • Participating in ongoing training and team meetings.

  • Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / College Degree Preferred.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer service experience preferred.

  • Base Pay Range: $14.90 – $24.83
