Department/Unit Summary

12-hour shifts: 7a-7p, 7p-7a. Every 3rd weekend required. 1:6 patient ratio in a 20-bed unit.

Essential Functions

  • Administer medications and perform clinical treatments.
  • Document patient care and monitor conditions.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities.
  • Coordinate care across disciplines.
  • Provide education to patients and families.
  • Advocate for patients’ well-being.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Current state RN license and a bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school.
  • Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
  • ACLS and PALS required within six months of hire.
  • One year of experience preferred.
  • ASLS certification preferred.
