Job Title: RN Medical Floor – Nights
The Staff Pad is collaborating with a client in Montana aiming to set the gold standard in healthcare. We are seeking an RN Medical Floor – Nights to uphold the organization’s mission. In this role, you will provide direct patient care using a family-centered, holistic approach. Responsibilities include conducting thorough patient assessments, coordinating care under the supervision of the Director or Charge Nurse, and ensuring timely documentation. You will facilitate patient transitions and work closely with the healthcare team to create a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive assessments and document patient care accurately.
Plan, implement, and evaluate care with a focus on holistic, family-centered methods.
Coordinate patient hand-offs and assist with care transitions.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance patient satisfaction.
Adapt to changing situations and demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and assignments.
Qualifications:
Current RN license in Montana and BLS certification required.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program; experience in Medical-Surgical or Geriatric Nursing preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with an empathetic approach.
