Role Purpose

Maintain the quality management system (QMS) to achieve organizational goals. Design and implement policies to ensure quality standards during production. Support ISO certification efforts and compliance. Plan and coordinate quality assurance programs to improve product quality, reduce defects, enhance efficiency, and boost customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform essential duties competently.
  • Establish and support ISO certification.
  • Ensure adherence to ISO document control requirements.
  • Monitor QMS compliance.
  • Support regulatory and certification standards adherence.
  • Understand and improve company policies and procedures.
  • Implement quantitative data analysis.
  • Approve departmental procedures.
  • Manage corrective actions and process improvements.
  • Collaborate on training for facility procedures and quality requirements.
  • Oversee calibration programs for measuring and test equipment.
  • Manage document control processes.
  • Coordinate audits and lead quarterly quality review meetings.
  • Oversee QA lab activities.
  • Support trials and R&D projects.
  • Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Manufacturing Technology preferred.
  • 7+ years of QA leadership experience in manufacturing.
  • Strong communication skills at all organizational levels.
  • Effective presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Minitab, Word, OneNote, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of ASQ, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Lead Auditor Training is a plus.
  • Strong investigative skills in failure analysis and problem-solving.
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
