Location: Oneida, NY

Description:

The Judge Group is seeking Nurse Practitioners to conduct in-home health assessments for Medicaid/Medicare Advantage Members with a leading healthcare provider.

• Pay: Highly competitive, based on experience, paid per assessment.
• Contract: Ongoing (no end date).
• Schedule: Part-time or full-time (minimum 2 days/month, ideally 1 day/week), flexible around other commitments.
• Training: All training and equipment provided.
• Position: W2, paid weekly.

Overview: The provider will assess a member’s health, medical history, and social environment during a 1-hour in-home visit, offering valuable insights often missed in office visits.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, document findings, and provide referrals.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members.
• Engage with Primary Care Physicians for patient education and follow-up.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months experience as a Nurse Practitioner; new grads considered.
• Master’s Degree or equivalent experience with NP licensure.
• Board certified in an approved specialty (AANP, ANCC, AACCN).
• Current BLS, ACLS, or CPR certification.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with medical record software.
