Job Description:
The Quality Specialist II – MODA Environmental Monitoring System Administrator will support Civica’s Petersburg, Virginia site, dedicated to manufacturing essential sterile injectable medications. This role involves managing the MODA system, user accounts, data entry, and training.
Essential Duties:
- Manage MODA Environmental Monitoring System.
- Create and maintain user accounts.
- Support data management and entry.
- Develop ongoing training programs.
- Ensure regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for reporting and metrics.
- Drive system improvements and enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 6+ years in Quality Control MODA Administration.
- Experience in a regulated environment.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance/Control Operations.
- Strong communication skills and software proficiency.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of computerized system validation.
- Experience with ELN and paperless labs.
