We are seeking a Principal Software Engineer to join our collaborative team in Aurora, CO. This role offers the chance to contribute ideas and support our customers while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

What You Will Do:

• Enhance existing software and develop new solutions.
• Support software design, development, and maintenance.
• Analyze and resolve software and system issues.
• Interface with users and customers.
• Work independently within a team environment.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Experience in full software lifecycle development.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Linux script, bash).
• Knowledge of Object Oriented Design.
• Familiarity with UNIX/LINUX operating systems.
• Degree in STEM and 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Active U.S. TS/SCI security clearance with C.I. polygraph.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with DevOps practices.

The salary range for this role is $96,000 – $200,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits may include medical, dental, 401(k) match, and more.
