    **Qualifications:**
    Current state RN license or multistate compact license, and an associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing.
    Additional requirements:

  • 1 year of behavioral health experience preferred
  • BLS certification (within 3 months of hire)
  • Critical thinking and minimal supervision skills
  • Ability to work in stressful environments
  • Effective communication in English

    • **Department Summary:**
    Adult psych unit (ages 18+) with 22 beds and an overflow unit; Geri psych unit (ages 55+) available. Staffing ratios are 2:7 for Gero and 2:8 for Adult, with additional support as needed.
