At Raytheon, we are dedicated to helping our nation and allies defend freedoms. As a Software Scrum Master, you will work on classified programs in a flexible, agile environment. This onsite role in Aurora, CO, requires a Top Secret security clearance.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and maintain software for advanced systems.
  • Collaborate with engineers in an Agile setting.
  • Learn advanced software technologies and DevSecOps practices.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 5 years of software engineering experience.
  • Proficiency in Java and experience with Test Automation.
  • Ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Experience with JavaScript, Python, and PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodology and AWS microservices.
  • Knowledge of tools like Jira and Jenkins.
