Role Overview

We are seeking a Controls Engineer responsible for the application, evaluation, development, project management, commissioning, and system management of industrial automation and control systems. Your expertise will drive significant improvements and contribute to our company’s success!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and troubleshoot control systems, including PLCs and HMI interfaces.
  • Design and implement efficiency improvements for existing systems.
  • Prepare control system designs, drawings, and specifications.
  • Write and modify PLC programs to enhance operations.
  • Document revisions to automated systems and maintain software/hardware information.
  • Collaborate with IT for proper application of controls.
  • Provide engineering support for project management and commissioning.
  • Assist maintenance personnel with troubleshooting and installations.
  • Participate in Manufacturing Execution System improvements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of control and project-related experience.
  • Advanced programming skills with Rockwell Automation Software.
  • Knowledge of automated material conveyance systems.
  • Familiarity with Allen Bradley and Siemens hardware.
