    **Qualifications:**
    Current state RN license or multistate compact license, and an associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

  • BLS Certification (or within 90 days of hire)
  • ACLS Certification (or within 6 months of hire)
  • PALS Certification (or within 6 months of hire)
  • NIHSS Certification (within 90 days of hire)
  • Pass an arrhythmia exam (within 90 days of hire)
  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills

    • **Department Summary:**
    8 ICU beds, 4 progressive care beds with a 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio in ICU and 4:1 in progressive care. We handle all neuro surgery and neurology patients, along with other diagnoses.
