Role Overview

We seek a dynamic leader for our Production Engineering and Maintenance Departments. The Engineering and Maintenance Manager will oversee daily operations and long-term strategies, ensuring equipment health and availability while addressing process-related challenges.

This role includes budget management, facility planning, capital management, and supporting production and maintenance. Additionally, you will assist in staff training and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform essential duties competently.
  • Support and enforce our Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Lead the Production & Project Engineering team.
  • Manage the Maintenance team.
  • Maintain department budget.
  • Oversee CAP-EX activities.
  • Monitor KPIs for maintenance and engineering.
  • Facilitate communication across departments.
  • Manage process-related documentation.
  • Support maintenance and engineering staff.
  • Lead facility management.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001.
  • Identify root causes of technical issues and develop solutions.
  • Prepare relevant reports.
  • Present information to senior leadership clearly.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
  • Some travel may be required.

Qualifications:

  • BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 5-7 years of engineering leadership experience.
  • Six Sigma & Lean training preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with QMS and Maintenance Management Software.
  • Proficient in Windows applications; familiarity with Tableau is a plus.
  • Ability to read technical drawings.
  • Experience with AutoCAD and Solidworks.
