Job Title: Master Automotive Technician / Mechanic

Location: 3838 N Fry Rd, Katy TX 77449 and 9132 Fry Rd, Cypress TX 77433

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of automotive repairs.
  • Accurately diagnose vehicle issues.
  • Translate service recommendations to guest needs.
  • Build detailed repair estimates.
  • Communicate effectively with guests.
  • Maintain professionalism and a clean shop.
  • Conduct thorough courtesy inspections.
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic tools.

Qualifications:

  • ASE Master Certifications preferred.
  • Must have own tools.
  • Ability to flag 50-60+ hours.
  • 4+ years of automotive repair experience.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Skilled in diagnosing all vehicle types.
  • Strong alignment skills.
  • Quickly master factory scan tools.

Physical Requirements:

  • Lift/move over 100 pounds occasionally.
  • Work with tools overhead.
  • Navigate tight spaces.
  • Maintain dexterity with hand tools.
  • Stand/walk for most of the day.
  • Drive manual transmission vehicles.
  • Work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
  • Use a computer effectively.
