Your Contributions

Utilize your specialized care interventions and innovate patient care. Shape exceptional patient journeys daily and leverage cutting-edge technology to enhance patient well-being.

Department/Unit Summary

12-hour shifts: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM and 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM. New grads are welcome. Provide direct patient care following nursing standards.

Essential Functions

  • Administer medications, collect specimens, and provide clinical treatments.
  • Document patient care provided.
  • Monitor and communicate patient conditions to the care team.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities.
  • Coordinate care across disciplines for patient transfers and discharges.
  • Evaluate and educate patients and families based on their needs.
  • Advocate for patients’ physical and emotional well-being.
  • Adhere to safety goals and core measure initiatives.

Qualifications
Current state RN license required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Additional requirements include:

  • Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
  • ACLS and PALS within six months of hire.
  • One year of experience preferred.
  • ASLS certification preferred.

Required Skills
Critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently in a stressful environment are essential.
