**Qualifications:**
- Current RN License (State or Multistate Compact)
- Associate or Bachelors Degree in Nursing
- BLS, ACLS, PALS Certifications (within specified timeframes)
- NIHSS Certification (within 90 days)
- Critical thinking and effective communication skills
**Department Summary:**
Our ER has 22 beds and a 7-bay fast track, with nurses typically managing 4 patients each.
