The Staff Pad is looking for a Physical Therapist to join a hospital in Helena, Montana. The Physical Therapist will deliver high-quality services, assess patient needs, create treatment plans, and implement interventions to enhance mobility, alleviate pain, and improve overall quality of life. Collaboration with healthcare professionals is essential to ensure optimal patient outcomes while providing compassionate care in line with professional standards and hospital policies.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including evaluations of physical abilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments and patient goals.
- Implement various therapeutic techniques to improve mobility and functional independence.
- Educate patients and families on exercises and injury prevention strategies.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations and treatment sessions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Adhere to safety regulations and ethical standards.
- Engage in professional development and continuing education.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Licensure: Current State Physical Therapy Licensure.
- Current BLS (CPR) certification.
- Experience: Hospital or healthcare experience preferred; new graduates welcome.
