Who are casual UPS Package Delivery Drivers?

They drive our iconic brown trucks, delivering packages of all sizes to customers. This friendly, active team thrives in a fast-paced, outdoor environment!

SHIFT YOUR SKILLS

What does it take to succeed in this role?

  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
  • Valid driver’s license (no CDL required)
  • Pass the DOT physical
  • Strong customer service and driving skills
  • Legal right to work in the U.S.
  • Adhere to UPS appearance guidelines and wear the company uniform

Full-time employees work 8-10 hours daily, with shifts varying (Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday).

*This is a seasonal role, which can lead to permanent positions with benefits averaging $145,000/year, including $0 healthcare premiums and paid time off.
