Position Summary: Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments, create care plans, and communicate with the care team and family. Collaborate across disciplines for comprehensive patient care.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Nursing required
• RN License in AZ or compact state
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Arterial Line Placement within 6 months of hire
• Basic EKG and Dysrhythmia course preferred
• 1 year of experience in Cardiac, ICU, CCU, ED, or Rehabilitation
