Effector RF Products designs RF and Microwave hardware for radar and datalink applications, focusing on challenging mechanical constraints.

What You Will Do:

  • Design transmitters, receivers, or exciters
  • Create circuit card assemblies (CCAs)
  • Conduct component characterization and module verification
  • Test sensitive RF hardware
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s in STEM and 5+ years of relevant experience in RF design, fabrication, and testing
  • Experience with tools like Mentor DX Designer, HFSS, or ADS
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Mentorship experience
  • Technical oversight of junior engineers
  • Experience in RF product architecture
  • Team lead experience on technical projects
  • Background in manufacturability and cost constraints

The salary range for this role is $77,000 – $163,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits may include medical, dental, 401(k) match, and more.
