Job Description
Responsibilities:
Travel to various stores within your assigned route is required.
Recover, replenish, and merchandise the concession shop during regular visits.
Validate all carton deliveries from the Distribution Center.
Implement the Planogram according to In-Store Presentation guidelines.
Replenish stock from storage to ensure all products are available on the sales floor.
Ensure promotions and markdowns align with operational requirements.
Organize extra stock in designated areas.
Process empty cards, transfers, and damages as needed.
Check style numbers in the concession system for proper scanning.
Proactively suggest improvements for sales performance.
Maintain cleanliness in the Concession area.
Lead and train the partner team by demonstrating product knowledge.
Provide regular performance updates to the Concessions District Sales Manager.
Pay Rate: $11.00 – $22.00 per hour, based on experience and location.
