Position Highlights:
- Physician-led, patient-centered team environment
- Focus on value-based care with a robust specialist team
- Procedures include skin surgery, fracture care, joint injections, and more
- Full-time schedule: 4 or 4.5 workdays per week
- Open to BC/BE Internal Medicine physicians
- Comfortable working with advanced providers

Required Qualifications:
- Unrestricted Indiana licensure or application in process
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
- Active DEA License or ability to obtain before starting
