Position Highlights:

• Physician-led, patient-centered team environment

• Full-time schedule: 4 or 4.5 workdays per week
• Open to BC/BE Internal Medicine physicians
• Comfortable working with advanced providers

Required Qualifications:

• Unrestricted Indiana licensure or application in process
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
• Active DEA License or ability to obtain before starting
