Job Description

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing a new MS Dynamics solution, guiding it through various product development phases. Your expertise will shape the architecture, implementation, and future direction of the product. You will collaborate with Product teams for requirements gathering, engage in hands-on development, implement solutions for customers, and provide ongoing support. Our architects are collaborative problem-solvers, working closely with engineers, product managers, and UX designers. This remote eligible IC role is vital to our strategic initiatives.

What you’ll do:
  • Build scalable systems for enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with teams to provide Dynamics-specific guidance.
  • Contribute to the entire solution lifecycle.
  • Review and sign off on architectural proposals.
  • Engage in system configuration and coding as needed.
  • Stay updated on Dynamics 365 developments.
  • Communicate the Dynamics solution architecture effectively.
    • Basic qualifications:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with Dynamics solutions for large user bases.
  • Understanding of Azure, cloud technologies, and the Microsoft stack.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, data migrations, and best practices for Dynamics 365.
  • Experience in integrating and customizing Dynamics 365.
