Department/Unit Summary
8-bed unit with 3 12-hour shifts and self-scheduling; 12-week orientation.
Essential Functions
- Administer medications and clinical treatments.
- Document patient care provided.
- Monitor and communicate patient conditions.
- Assist with daily living activities.
- Coordinate care across disciplines.
- Provide patient/family education.
- Advocate for patient well-being.
- Adhere to safety and quality initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements
Current state RN license required; Bachelors degree preferred. Additional requirements include:
- Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
- ACLS and PALS within six months of hire.
- One year of experience preferred.
- ASLS certification preferred.
