The Staff Pad is collaborating with a client in Montana aiming to set the gold standard in healthcare. We are seeking an RN Behavioral Health – Nights to further the organization’s mission. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive nursing care and leadership in a therapeutic setting. Key duties include assessing patient needs, creating and implementing care plans, and evaluating treatment responses. You will maintain a safe environment, administer mental health medications, and provide compassionate care. Additionally, you will mentor new nurses and communicate changes in patient conditions with the care team.
