**Job Title: Crew Lead/Driver** **Location: Nashville, TN** **Salary: $18 – $20 per hour**

We are seeking a motivated Crew Lead/Driver to join our team in Nashville. The ideal candidate will oversee crew operations while ensuring safe and efficient transportation.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Lead and supervise crew members during daily tasks.
    • Drive company vehicles to transport crew and equipment.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
    • Assist in training new crew members.
    • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine inspections.

    Qualifications:

    • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
    • Previous leadership experience preferred.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
