**Job Title: Accounting Manager** **Location: South Chesterfield, VA** **Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 per year**

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing daily accounting activities and ensuring compliance with GAAP.
  • Preparing monthly financial statements and reports.
  • Supervising and mentoring the accounting team.
  • Conducting audits and implementing internal controls.
  • Collaborating with other departments to support financial planning.

    • Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred, and 5+ years of relevant experience. Strong analytical and leadership skills are essential.
