**Job Title: Service Desk Analyst** **Location: LaGrange, GA** **Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 annually**

We are seeking a dedicated Service Desk Analyst to join our team in LaGrange, GA. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional technical support to end-users and ensure efficient IT service delivery.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Respond to and resolve user inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
    • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
