We are seeking a Director of Accounting specializing in Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs) to lead our accounting team.
**Responsibilities:**
Oversee all accounting functions related to ESOPs, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures for ESOP valuation and reporting.
Collaborate with finance and HR teams to manage ESOP transactions and employee communications.
Prepare financial statements and reports for stakeholders.
Lead audits and liaise with external auditors regarding ESOP matters.
**Qualifications:**
– CPA preferred
– 7+ years of accounting experience, with a focus on ESOPs.
– Strong leadership and communication skills.
