We are seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate will assist occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients with disabilities or injuries.
**Responsibilities:**
Support patients in therapeutic activities and exercises.
Document patient progress and report to the occupational therapist.
Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises.
**Qualifications:**
Valid COTA certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
